Sorry but unless you mean custum by having a company like dell, alienware ,or something along those lines it cannot be done so easily. Reason for that there really is no cases for laptop and getting hold of a screen that will fit the laptop case is nearly impossible. The most you can really do with a laptop is add ram and upgrade the harddrive.
But you can build a desktop from scratch, newegg.com has alot electronic components. Building a desktop is alot easier and will offer alot more upgradeability in the future
